The Board is composed of nine members: one president, two vice-presidents, one secretary, one treasurer, and four other administrators. Administrators are elected at the annual general meeting for a 2-year term. Any descendant of anyone of the Perron branches who has been a member in good standing for at least one (1) year, may be elected to the Board. One third of the administrators may be replaced each year.
